5. Payment and refunds

Fees are confirmed before payment. Payment through an approved method must be completed before booking confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
A booked session may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are non-refundable. If a tutor cancels, the lesson will be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Tutor responsibilities
Tutors are independent contractors rather than employees. Background checks are conducted, but specific tutoring results are not guaranteed.
7. Student responsibilities
Students must arrive on time and behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual property
Courses, content and materials are owned by Noor 367 Ltd or licensed from third parties and may not be copied, distributed or sold without permission.
9. Prohibited activities
- Sharing offensive, abusive or illegal content
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or exploit the website
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting identity
10. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee exam results or academic performance and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension or termination
